I used to dread the end of the month. Rushing hoping to pack in as many deals as possible when it really would be better if the people waited until the weekend. Arguing that if they had their key and signed their lease then they have moved in, even if the lease doesn't start until the first. All while tactfully eluding the fact that I needed to get the bigger commission that came from the early move in because of how my company structured its compensation with its agents. Didn't cost anybody anything except me for a move in to roll over until the next month. I approached the coming end of this month with such a different attitude because I don't have that false sense of doom when the clock strikes October at midnight tonight.
All tha beijng said I do have a busy day crammed with meetings, marketing and showings. Oh and the boys got fed along the way. Plus I got to take Sandy out on a real date night date. Fun times.
